Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions of Use

Validity: The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Redemption: The voucher can only be redeemed for a one-time usage. No Cash Value: The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Additional Charges: Any charges beyond the voucher’s value, such as taxes or gratuities, need to be paid separately or at time of booking. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The establishment is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and will not replace or refund them. Terms Subject to Change: The terms and conditions may change without notice, but such changes should be communicated to customers.

Regarding bookings made using the voucher

No Show: Failure to show for a booking will render the voucher void. Refund Policy: Bookings can be changed without voiding the voucher if the change is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. If changes are made within 24 hours of the appointment, it will be at the discretion of the shop to honor the voucher for the rescheduled time. This policy ensures flexibility for customers while also allowing the shop to manage bookings effectively. Failure to Attend: Not attending the appointment without prior notice will result in full charge of the appointment fee, and the voucher being used Redeeming the Voucher: Each voucher issued will come with a unique code for security purposes. The voucher can only be redeemed once using this unique code. Redemption must be done through the online booking system unless in rare instances where the shop may allow printed voucher redemption at the shop. This process helps maintain security and ensures that vouchers are used appropriately.
